FrozenSkin is only available in the following countries: Albania, Austria, Belgium, Bulgaria, Croatia, Czech Republic, Denmark, Estonia, Finland, France, Germany, Greece, Hungary, Iceland, Ireland, Italy, Latvia, Luxembourg, Malta, Monaco, Netherlands, Norway, Poland, Portugal, Romania, Serbia, Slovakia, Slovenia, Spain, Sweden, Switzerland, United Kingdom.

Please note that FrozenSkin is prepared with skin tissue obtained with the informed consent of donors in compliance with the Declaration of Helsinki and all other applicable regulations.

Every order contains:

  • The ordered amount of FrozenSkin – 20 cm2.
  • A QA/QC lot release certificate with donor information (age, gender, skin type, anatomical site).

About the donors:

Donors can be male or female, from age 18-90, and of any phototype. However, please note that the large majority of the donors are female (90%), aged between 30 and 50 (60%), with a 2-3 phototype (90%).

Multiple donors:

Genoskin’s network of hospitals and surgeons allows us to access many skin tissues per week and to provide you with skin samples from multiple donors.

Delivery:

FrozenSkin is packed in a specific box that can be shipped by express airfreight. The box is designed to contain dry ice and keep FrozenSkin at the appropriate temperature.

When ordering, you will be able to select a preferred week of delivery. The Genoskin production team works hard to accommodate your selection. However, depending on surgery schedules and your requested selections, productions may be rescheduled for the following week.

Note that FrozenSkin may arrive at your facility from Monday to Friday.

The expected delivery day will be communicated at least 48 hours in advance to your team.
